Tables for the Silent Auction were arranged in the Pub
Description and Bidding Sheets were created for each item
The items were neatly displayed on long tables for easy access.
There was a large variety of auction items available on which to bid.
Donated items were organized into nearly 60 bidding opportunities, including a 50/50, an impromptu drawing and straight donations.
Bidding took place from noon to 7:00pm, with residents having fun outbidding one another
Volunteers sold 50/50 tickets and collected dinner tickets
Cooking footlong Disney Dogs were Carl Criger, Rod Parkinson, Mike Baker and Wayne Albert
Phil Shaffer and Rick Marston kept the taps flowing
Regina Mitchell, Joan Grover and Carmen Wilde were kitchen helpers
Jeanne Whitt and Patty Shaffer helped with food prep
Led in prayer by Carmen Wilde, residents joined together to pray for Marianne
In true LHE spirit, the community rallied their support for Marianne.
