BLOCKAGES IN OUR SEWER SYSTEM

We recently had to pay Consta Flow for an emergency call to come out to unclog our water treatment system because residents are still flushing their wipes, diapers, and other paper products down their toilets. Toilet paper and human waste (feces and urine) are the only items that should be flushed down the toilets. We ask all of you to please make every effort to dispose of any items, other than toilet paper, in a waste paper basket in or near your bathroom. It is extremely important that you all make an effort to make these changes as soon as possible.  We’re counting on all of you to solve this problem.

NOTE:  So-called “Flushable Wipes” are NOT
