During the August BOD meeting, the heartfelt resignation of Secretary Joe Consolo was accepted, and Rocco Guarino was sworn in as the new Secretary. Thank you to both Joe and Rocco for their volunteer services. Rocco will fill in and complete Joe’s term, according to the LHE By-Laws.
