We should all have our own Gate Codes for the purpose of gaining access to the Front Gate and for the security of our LHE community. Check with the Front Office if you have forgotten yours. Your 4Digit code starting with the # sign is one you can personally use to open the gate for yourself (instead of using your remote).
Your 3Digit code is the one you give to your guests or workman. When your guest punches in your 3Digit code, the system then sends a call to your phone. (Caller ID will indicate it is from Lake Henry Estates). When you answer, simply dial 9 and hang up. This will open the gate for your guest (or workman).

Every house was given a three digit code, and a four digit code . The four digit code should be treated like a personal password. When that code is shared with vendors, these vendors can than share the code with others. Now unknown persons have 24/7 access to our community. But if you give your three digit code out you control who has access. The person enters the three digit code at the gate keypad ( no # ), your house or cell is automatically dialed, you speak directly to the person at the box (you can see this person on Ch. 2492), press 9 on your phone and hang up. The gate opens! If you forgot your three digit code either request it from the office or go to the keypad and scroll to your name for the number.
The security of our community is every resident’s responsibility, particularly in these days of violent home invasions, and the soon large shopping mall adjacent to our front gate.
