Loretta Kramer and Kathy Blaskovich award the Raffel Quilt to Mary Belle Kent. $200 was raised in this effort by the LHE Sew n’ Sew Quilters. All proceeds go the the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life. The local event will be held March 13 at Central Park in Winter Haven.
