We now have a NEW phone number for the front gate (863-207-5397). The change from a landline phone to a cellular phone was necessary to enable clean data uploads from the Clubhouse to the box. Now that we have a new number, a call from the box to your home or cell will indicate “Wireless Caller 863-207-5397″. Please update the number in your Contacts so that you will know when you receive a call from the gate. It is suggested that you CREATE A CONTACT (perhaps use LHE Gate and 863-207-5397 to your home phone or cell phone if that is how you are contacted from the box.
Remember to press 9 (1 to 2 seconds) hang up for the gate to be opened.
NOTE: A few individuals let us know that the three digit code a guest/vendor uses does NOT always work to open the gate. The homeowner receives the call & they press 9, hang up but the gate does not open. Please let the OFFICE know if you have had any issues when a person uses the three digit code to contact you.
