“LHE Family,
Marla and I would like to thank everybody for the cards, phone calls, text, visits, and prayers from all of you during my stay at the hospital and weeks of not feeling well. As most of you know, I was diagnosed with afib during my stay at Advent hospital. The doctors did shock me back into sinus rhythm on a Thursday and on Monday I was back in afib. So today, July 1 I met with Dr. Bhatty cardiologist electrophysiologist to see what the next steps would be. He’s going to do an ablation sometime hopefully before we have to leave for Gatlinburg on July 22 so we can be there on July 25 for our daughter‘s wedding. Dr. Bhatty said that if he couldn’t get it scheduled before, then he would definitely bring me into the lab and shock me one more time )hopefully only once) to get me back into afib before we left for the wedding. So please continue to send prayers and great positive energy that all this works out and we will be able to get to Gatlinburg for the wedding with my health and heartbeat back in rhythm. On another note, I know the fish have been looking for me. Lol.
