During the question portion of the board meeting on April 15, 2022, Brenda Hosler asked about the Profit & Loss statement. LHE treasurer, Rita Fornier, replied that it was provided to the shareholders at the January 10, 2022 shareholder meeting and that it is also posted in the Board of Directors case in the lobby as you go down towards the Billiard Room. Brenda Hosler indicated that she had spoken to our CPA. She stated that he told her we did not do a Profit & Loss report this year.
Rita Fornier has spoken to our CPA, and he confirmed that the Profit & Loss statement from Quick books is what should be provided & that it has been completed. It was provided at the January 10, 2022 shareholder meeting. Thank you.
