The April Ladies Luncheon will be Tuesday, April 28, 2026, at 11:45. It will be held at Pannullo’s Italian Restaurant in Winter Park. Pannullo’s can take a maximum of 25 LHE guests at that time. Sign up at the Clubhouse by April 25. Any questions, contact Rhoda Rice.
We will carpool (leaving LHE about 9:15) to the Poinciana Train Station (about a 60-minute trip) to purchase our tickets (tix can be purchased at the vending machine on the platform with cash, credit or debit card, at a cost of $2.75 for +65 seniors). We will take the 10:45 train to Winter Park (arriving at 11:39). Our reservation is at 11:45. Pannullo’s is a very short, direct walk from the train station. After lunch, our return train leaves at 2:15, and arrives back at Poinciana at 2:58. There are later trains for anyone wanting to stay longer in Winter Park.
This will be a nice preview for future trips to Winter Park, which offers a blend of arts and culture, a downtown shopping and dining district and beautiful outdoor spaces.
