HERB KRAMER, of 672 Sweetwater Way E., is scheduled for open heart surgery (pericardiectomy) on August 27 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This is a rare surgery designed to remove the entire damaged pericardium (the sac surrounding the heart). During surgery, Herb will be put on a lung/heart bypass machine.
