POOL HOURS APPROVED BY OUR FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH LICENSE
Our Florida Department of Health License for pool and hot tub license states that the hours the pool is licensed to be used is from sunrise to sunset. Any hours before and after are in violation of our Florida State license and can result in the closing of our pool. Unfortunately, we have residents and/or their guests using the hot tub and pool after hours and often during severe thunder and lightning storms along with heavy rains. A person can be killed during these conditions. We have videos of these actions. Again, please abide by our Department of Health License and make sure that your family and other guests abide by these pool and hot tub hours as well.
