REVISED as of 5/1/2026 due to garbage pickup issues
Sweetwater East and Sweetwater Way (from Eastlake Dr. to approximately 484 Sweetwater Way) Street sealing is scheduled for Wednesday, May 6, with access expected to be restored at some point on Thursday, May 7. The clubhouse parking lot along Sweetwater Way, from the tennis courts to the fountain, will also be sealed during this time and will be closed throughout the process.
Sweetwater Way ( From approximately 484 Sweetwater Way to the Compound) Street sealing is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, with access expected to be restored at some point on Wednesday, May 13. The clubhouse parking lot, along Harbourview Dr., will also be sealed during this time and will be closed throughout the process. Holes 1-3 of the golf course and the Compound will be CLOSED on these days and will be accessible when the process is complete.
On Wednesday, May 13, line painting will be done in front of the Clubhouse and adjacent crosswalks. Parking will be interrupted on and off during the day.
Once the sealer is applied, it will take approximately 24 hours to dry before traffic can ride on it. It is recommended NOT to leave your car in the driveway due to the possibility of overspray from the sealer. If you will need your car or golf cart, you must park somewhere else and walk to them. The sealed section will be totally blocked off from golf cart & vehicle traffic until it is dry. Once dry, the street section will be opened.
Please DO NOT drive on the fresh sealer! The contractor and Lake Henry Estates are not responsible for damage to your vehicle, driveway, sidewalks, curbing, shoes or feet of the newly sealed asphalt because of premature traffic.
PLEASE TURN ALL IRRIGATION OFF WHILE YOUR SECTION IS CLOSED.
If it appears it will rain, the sealing will be pushed out to another day.
Please be patient, this project will only last for a few days.
