NOTE: It is important that you SIGN the outside envelope of your absentee ballot. This verifies share holder status. That envelope is then discarded and the sealed vote is not opened until later. Your vote is annonamous.
We must have a quorum or we will not be able to conduct business. Therefore, it is extremely important that you submit your absentee ballot, complete a proxy or attend the meeting. If you submit an absentee ballot or proxy, you are still welcome to attend the scheduled meeting; however, your absentee ballot or proxy stands.
